We provide Corporate Classes for companies that are looking for activities that builds teamwork while having fun and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Our sessions will be based on using Muay Thai as a tool to promote healthy lifestyle and engaging your staffs through games that helps to build strong relations with each other.

​In a competitive world, we understand that teamwork is crucial in progressing as a company, very similar to what we have here. Hence, our sessions are structured around building camaraderie amongst staffs and friends. In addition, having fun while doing it makes everyone enjoy the process more.

​Given that most of us have a sedentary lifestyle, we will try to promote a healthy lifestyle through our classes where we encourage each other to exercise together with their friends and family.
