Coming from a diverse background of training Muay Thai - specifically working with individuals to sharpen their Muay Thai skillset development, Coach Kent passion for coaching the sport developed in 2023.​

Coach Kent is emphasizes on individual's holistic growth in Khao Noi Gym - having a balance between strength and Muay Thai skills. He consistently encourages his clients building their confidence and a resilient mindset.

His Story
Coach Kent has come a long way in building his record as a Muay Thai Coach, His passion for spreading the knowledge of Muay Thai started when he was training with his friends.
​
When Coach Kent started out Muay Thai, he did not had the luxury of signing up for group classes with Muay Thai gyms in Singapore. Instead, he watched Muay Thai Fights such as One Championship, RWS and Lumpinee Fights, learning the techniques from prestigious fighters in the scene. He and his friend then practiced between themself, trying to uncover the secrets of Muay Thai legends such as Jonathan Haggerty, Nong O Gaiyanhadao and many more.

Through the experience, Coach Kent explored and found many ways that effective improved his techniques, but also understanding how the human anatomy works in relation to Muay Thai.
​
Fast forward, Coach Kent started training at Khao Noi Gym with his friends where his talent was spotted by our Head Coach.
​
Coach Kent has since been under the wing of our Head Coach, running group classes, private lessons, training fighters and planning class curriculums.
​
Coach Kent loves to work with individuals who are keen to explore learning Muay Thai whether as a form of self defense, or getting a variety of high intensity workout. Through his experience, he is able to cater to individuals with different goals and curate a structured and personalised training program for each of his clients.
