Membership Agreement

1.1 By acknowledging this Agreement, you confirm that you have entered into this Agreement with KNG and have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.

1.2 Your membership starts on the date of purchase of the Membership Fees. You agree to pay all subscriptions, dues, and fees specified, including late charges and administrative fees.

1.3 If payments are made late, KNG may restrict your access to classes and gym facilities as per the “Terms and Conditions” set forth.

1.4 This Agreement includes the Terms and Conditions, and the “Disclaimer of Waiver of Liability”, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.5 By acknowledging, you: (i) accept terms and conditions; (ii) confirm good physical condition; (iii) acknowledge sufficient review time; and (iv) confirm receipt of the Agreement copy.

2.1 Monthly memberships renew automatically every 30 days and have no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time by giving at least 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date; your membership then ends at the close of the current billing cycle with no cancellation fee. If notice is given less than 7 days before the billing date, the membership renews once more and cancellation takes effect from the following cycle.

2.2 Upon acceptance, you will have access to Khao Noi Gym and its privileges.

2.3 Fees may vary based on membership type, purchase location, and time.

2.5 New members pay a one-time enrolment fee in addition to their chosen package. Enrolment fees are non-refundable.

2.6 Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as stated.

2.7 Membership freezes and extensions are available on the 3-month and 6-month prepaid packages, for a minimum of 30 days.

2.8 Fees and dues must be paid timely. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry and legal action for recovery.

2.9 KNG may open or relocate gyms within 30 days’ notice. You must use the nearest or alternative gym and cannot terminate the membership based on relocation.

2.10 Temporary closures for maintenance or unforeseen events will not affect this Agreement.

2.12 KNG reserves the right to terminate your membership for breach of terms or any other reason not violating local laws, with or without refund.

2.13 If your gym closes permanently and no alternative is within 10 kilometres, the Agreement terminates with a refund of unused fees.

2.17 This Agreement is governed by Singapore law.

3.1 This Data Protection Notice explains how KNG collects, uses, and discloses personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

3.4 You may withdraw consent for data collection and request data access or correction by contacting KNG’s Data Protection Officer via email (admin@teamkng.com).

4.1 Member grants KNG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the photographs, videos, and other media captured of the Member.

4.3 The Member acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation or financial remuneration for the use of the Media.

4.4 The Member waives any right to inspect or approve the Media or the uses thereof.

4.5 A Member who prefers not to have their image used may opt out at any time by writing to admin@teamkng.com, after which KNG will not use new media of that Member for marketing.

5.1 You warrant that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that might impair your use of the gym.

5.2 You accept all risks associated with gym activities and agree that KNG and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries or damages.

5.4 You are responsible for safeguarding your belongings. KNG is not liable for lost or stolen items, including vehicles and their contents.
